RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Luminafrik product(s). Please send us an email to info.luminafrik@gmail.com. A return label will be provided to you via email.
RETURNED PACKAGES/RESHIPMENTS
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by us.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee.
SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEM/ ITEMS
The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for the return of the items. If you are shipping your item/items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to post to your account.
One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process.
SALES ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
MISSING ITEMS/ DAMAGED/ INNCORRECT
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send an email to info.luminafrik@gmail.com. Please include your name, order / invoice number, and images of the damages. This is a necessary step for our claim process. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process. please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition.
If your order is missing or lost, your first step should be to contact your mail carrier. If you live in an apartment community, please also check with your leasing or mail office to see if the package was delivered there. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, we only have access to the same delivery information that you see.
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at info.luminafrik@gmail.com as soon as possible or within 24 hours when your order was placed. Our fulfillment department processes orders quickly, so once they are fulfilled and shipped, they cannot be changed or canceled.
