Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED?
Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days. Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please allow at least 2-3 days to process your order. Also, please note that processing time does not include the shipping timeframe. The shipping time starts once the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. 

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" or " per pound" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in selected categories, or free shipping sitewide during certain sales. In person pick up is available at this address 1584 Mountain Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060. Please email us ahead of time to set up your pickup.

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You’ll receive an order confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email, and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at info.luminafrik@gmail.com

 

NOTE THAT:
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered by the shipping courier or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you, so please be sure to check your shipping address. We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered.
